How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Bride in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
How do I stop glitter migrating into the cuticle area?
Leave a small margin at the cuticle and place the product instead of pushing it towards the skin. With Bride, wipe the excess off the brush first so the dense glitter does not pool by the cuticle, and cure each coat before you start the next.
How is Bride different from Love Letter?
Both carry dense glitter, so the difference lies in the warmth of the base. Bride is a salmon pink with a golden undertone, Love Letter a salmon shade with a warm pink one.
Can I wear Bride as an accent over a nude?
Yes, a glitter accent over a nude is one of its main uses. Cure the nude colour first, apply Bride to the nails you want to highlight, then seal all ten with the same top coat so the shine matches.
Colours on screen can look different from the real shade: monitor calibration and display settings both affect it. If you are unsure about a shade, get in touch and we will show you the actual colour.
