Gel Polish - Pretty Ugly, 10 ml
SKU: 941161
Pretty Ugly Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a light muted pink with a warm beige undertone and full coverage in two coats. A beige-pink for natural, everyday nails.
The warm beige undertone tones down the pink, so the shade sits closer to the nudes than to the pinks. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Pretty Ugly over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Pretty Ugly in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Which gel polish shades suit short nails best?
Any shade can work on short nails: a neat, even outline matters more than the colour. Light shades close to the skin tone, such as Pretty Ugly, are the easiest to wear, because there is little contrast between the colour and the hand.
How is Pretty Ugly different from Date Night?
Pretty Ugly has a warm beige undertone, Date Night a greyish-beige one. Next to each other, Pretty Ugly looks warmer and Date Night smokier. Both cover fully in two coats.
Does a light nude show every ridge on the nail?
More than a dark shade does, because a light colour does not disguise waves and ridges. So under Pretty Ugly, put the effort into levelling the base rather than adding more colour.
Colours on screen can look different from the real shade: monitor calibration and display settings both affect it. If you are unsure about a shade, get in touch and we will show you the actual colour.
