Gel Polish - Loyalty, 10 ml

Loyalty Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a brick red with a warm undertone. An earthy red for autumn colour and classic short nails.

The warm undertone pulls the red towards brown, so it reads calmer than a bright pillar-box red. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Loyalty over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply

1. Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
2. Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
3. Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
4. Apply Loyalty in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
5. Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
6. Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.

Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.

Which gel polish colour makes hands look less red?
Shades with a cool, greyish or bluish base usually calm visible redness on the hands. Loyalty is a warm brick red, so on hands that flush easily it can bring the redness out. On an even skin tone it simply reads as a warm, earthy red.

What is the difference between Loyalty and Baia Rossa?
Baia Rossa is a bright red with a neutral undertone. Loyalty is a brick red with a warm undertone, so it looks earthier and less bright on the nail.

Does a brick red suit short nails?
Yes. A warm, earthy red like Loyalty looks tidy on short nails in a round or soft square shape and reads quieter than a bright red. Cap the free edge with the top coat so the colour stays clean at the tip.
