Dry Martini Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a saturated neon pink that leans cool. It covers fully in two coats for bold, bright nails.

The cool undertone keeps the neon firmly in pink territory and stops it drifting towards coral. Like every neon, it shows best over a light base. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Seal Dry Martini with a top coat.

How to apply

  1. Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
  2. Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
  3. Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
  4. Apply Dry Martini in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
  5. Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
  6. Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.

Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.

Frequently asked questions

Does the season affect how long gel polish lasts?
It can. In winter, sudden temperature changes and dry air make the coating more brittle and dry out the skin around the nail, so the skin at the sidewalls pulls away from the coating. For the first two days after a Dry Martini manicure, avoid going from cold straight into hot water and wear gloves outdoors.

How is Dry Martini different from Exotic Dance?
Both are neon pinks with a cool undertone and full coverage in two coats. Exotic Dance leans towards purple, while Dry Martini is a saturated pink without that purple lean.

Does Dry Martini have to go over a light base?
In practice, yes. Neon pigments rely on light reflected from beneath, so over a clear base part of the light goes into the nail and the colour fades. A milky or nude base from our base coat range brings the brightness back.

Colours on screen can look different from the real shade: monitor calibration and display settings both affect it. If you are unsure about a shade, get in touch and we will show you the actual colour.
