Candy Cane Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a mauve pink with a cool undertone and dense glitter. A sparkling shade for evening and party manicures.
The cool mauve base gives the dense glitter a cooler, pinkish-violet tone, so it works as a full set or as an accent. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Candy Cane over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Candy Cane in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.

How do I get a smooth gel ombre with a sponge?
Dab the shades side by side on a make-up sponge, press it lightly onto the nail and cure. With Candy Cane you can skip the sponge for a glitter fade: load more glitter at the free edge and drag it thinly towards the middle of the nail before curing.
How is Candy Cane different from Rose Jam?
Rose Jam is a pink with a warm undertone and dense glitter. Candy Cane carries dense glitter too, but on a mauve pink with a cool undertone, so it looks cooler and softer.
How do I remove a glitter gel polish like Candy Cane?
File off the top coat first, then remove the colour with your usual gel polish removal method. Glitter holds on longer than a plain shade, so work patiently and lift the product gently rather than scraping, which can damage the nail plate.
