Gel Polish - Whatever, 10 ml

Whatever Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a rich brown-violet with a warm lean and full coverage in two coats. A deep shade for autumn looks.

The warm undertone pulls the violet into brown, so the colour reads as a complex aubergine. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Whatever over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply

1. Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
2. Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
3. Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
4. Apply Whatever in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
5. Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
6. Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.

Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.

Frequently asked questions

Should I cure four fingers at once or one nail at a time?
Curing the fingers as a group works well for Whatever and for every layer of a plain manicure; the thumbs go in on their own so they lie flat in the lamp. Single-nail curing matters only for designs that would drift before they set.

How is Whatever different from Something New?
Something New is an aubergine with a cool violet-red undertone, Whatever a brown-violet with a warm one. Whatever is the warmer and earthier of the two. Both cover fully in two coats.

Does Whatever look different under artificial light?
Yes. Under warm lamps brown-violet shades read closer to brown, while in daylight the violet comes through more. That is a property of the shade, not of the coating.
