Emotional Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a deep raspberry with a cool purple undertone. A deep raspberry for rich, saturated nails.

The purple undertone makes the raspberry dark and berry-toned. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Emotional over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply

1. Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
2. Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
3. Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
4. Apply Emotional in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
5. Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
6. Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.

Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.

Frequently asked questions

How do I handle a client with very wide nail beds?
Keep the colour a touch narrower than the plate, with a fine, even gap along each sidewall; a deep shade like Emotional makes that slimming effect clearly visible. Do not overdo the gap at the cuticle, though: it shortens the nail and shows regrowth within a week.

How is Emotional different from Seductive?
Seductive is a raspberry with a cool pink-red undertone. Emotional is deeper and leans towards purple.

Does Emotional work as an accent?
Yes. A berry accent over a nude base is one of its uses, and the depth of the raspberry stands out well against a light, quiet set.
