Horizon Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a pastel sky blue with a cool undertone and full coverage in two coats. A light pastel blue for spring.
The cool undertone stops the blue drifting towards grey, so the colour stays fresh. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Horizon over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Horizon in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
How do I stop gel polish pooling in the sidewalls?
Take less product on the brush and leave a hair-thin margin along the sidewalls. Check the sides before curing: with a light shade like Horizon, any product that has run into the sidewalls is easy to lift away with a thin, clean brush first.
How is Horizon different from Bubbles?
Bubbles is a light blue, Horizon a pastel one. Horizon is lighter and softer, while Bubbles is closer to a pure light blue.
Why does a light blue go on patchy?
Light, cool pigments level out less easily. Use less product on the brush, stroke in one direction and apply two thin coats of Horizon instead of one heavy one.
