Gel Polish - Mexico, 10 ml
SKU: 941433
Mexico Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a neon magenta. A cool purple undertone sharpens it, and it covers in two coats. Built for high-contrast nails.
Magenta is darker than neon pink and closer to purple, so over a light base it gives the deepest result of the neons. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Mexico over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Mexico in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
What everyday habits shorten a gel manicure?
Household chemicals without gloves are the main one. Wear always comes down to two things: prep and technique set the potential, and daily wear and tear either preserves it or cuts it short. Even a perfect Mexico manicure will not survive daily contact with cleaning products on bare hands.
How is Mexico different from Exotic Dance?
Both are neons with a cool purple undertone and full coverage in two coats. Exotic Dance is a neon pink, while Mexico is a magenta: darker and closer to purple.
Does Mexico look different under artificial light?
Slightly. Neon pigments read a little duller under warm lamps than in daylight; that is a property of the pigment itself. Mexico looks at its brightest in sunlight.
Colours on screen can look different from the real shade: monitor calibration and display settings both affect it. If you are unsure about a shade, get in touch and we will show you the actual colour.
