Moulin Rouge Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a neon red with a warm undertone and full coverage in two coats. A bright, warm red for summer manicures and pedicures.
The warm undertone shifts the neon towards orange, which is why Moulin Rouge looks so good on tanned skin. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Moulin Rouge over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Moulin Rouge in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.

How is Moulin Rouge different from Cancun?
Both are neons with full coverage in two coats. Moulin Rouge has a warm undertone and leans towards orange, while Cancun has a cool pink one and leans towards raspberry. On tanned skin Moulin Rouge is the more flattering of the two.
How many colours can I combine with Moulin Rouge?
Two or three shades from one colour family work best, four at most if there is a clear idea behind them. The most reliable set with Moulin Rouge is monochrome, running from a light coral to a deep red.
