Gel Polish - Old Wine, 10 ml
SKU: 941943
Old Wine Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a dark wine with a cool burgundy undertone, fully opaque after two coats. A deep shade for manicures and pedicures.
The red base of the colour makes Old Wine warmer than violet-based wine shades of the same depth: in the light it reveals wine rather than plum. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Old Wine over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Old Wine in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Which gel polish colours work for autumn and winter in Europe?
Deep wine shades are a dependable choice for the colder months, and Old Wine is made for exactly that: a dark wine for solid colour on hands and feet. It also pairs well with gold decor and foil when you want something more festive.
How is Old Wine different from Top Model?
Both are dark wines with full coverage in two coats. Old Wine is built on red, so it reveals wine in the light, while Top Model is a very dark wine with a cool violet undertone.
Does Old Wine work with a matte top coat?
Yes. Under a matte top coat the wine reads denser. Cure Old Wine fully first, then apply and cure the matte top as usual.
