Santa Claus Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a red with a neutral undertone, silver reflective flash particles and full coverage in two coats. A classic red with a silver flash.
The neutral undertone keeps the red versatile, and the silver particles flash on camera without changing the colour in diffused light. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Santa Claus over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Santa Claus in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Why is wearing lifted gel a problem?
Water and dirt collect in the gap between the nail and the lifted coating, and you do not want them trapped there. If part of a Santa Claus manicure has lifted, take that nail off and redo it properly rather than sticking the edge back down.
How is Santa Claus different from Amour?
Amour is an even red with the same neutral undertone and no particles. Santa Claus adds silver reflective particles, so it works as the festive version of a classic red.
Will the flash show on video?
Yes. The particles respond to any point light source, including a lamp used for filming. In soft daylight Santa Claus looks like a plain red.
