Amour Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a true red: the undertone is neutral, so it leans neither warm nor cool. Two coats cover the nail completely.
The neutral undertone is what makes Amour so versatile: it does not make warm skin look sallow or cool skin look bluish. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Amour over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Amour in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
How do I paint a clean French line with gel polish?
Work with a fine brush and very little product: on a fully opaque red like Amour, a slim line is easier to keep crisp. Start at one side of the free edge, curve towards the centre, then mirror the movement from the other side. Cure, and trace the same line for the second coat.
How is Amour different from Aphrodisiac?
Amour has a neutral undertone, Aphrodisiac a warm orange one. Next to each other, Aphrodisiac looks more vivid and warmer, Amour more classic. Both cover fully in two coats.
Which red should I choose if I do not know my skin undertone?
A neutral one, such as Amour. Warm and cool reds need to match the undertone of the skin to look their best, while a neutral red works on both.
