Bow Wow Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a silver with a cool undertone, opalescent flash particles and full coverage in two coats. Silver with an opalescent flash.
The opalescent particles in the silver base give a pearly shift under direct light. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Bow Wow over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Bow Wow in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I use cuticle oil with gel nails?
Every day. Cuticle oil keeps working under a Bow Wow coating: it nourishes the matrix area and the sidewalls. Bear in mind that a thinned or over-filed nail plate only truly recovers as it grows out, so oil supports the skin rather than repairing the plate.
How is Bow Wow different from Jingle Bell?
Both have a silver base with a cool undertone. Bow Wow carries opalescent particles that give a pearly shift, Jingle Bell silver ones that give a clean metallic flash.
Does Bow Wow look better over a light or a dark colour?
Neither: Bow Wow is a stand-alone colour and needs no coloured layer underneath. As an accent over a dark shade, silver looks more contrasting than over a light one.
