The greyish-pink undertone keeps the colour calm and close to the nude family. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Toxic Love over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Toxic Love in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use an e-file to remove gel polish?
Yes, if you are trained in it. Take Toxic Love off layer by layer with light pressure and never file into the natural nail. Done this way, removal every two weeks does no harm: the condition of the nails depends on technique, not on how often you remove.
How is Toxic Love different from Taboo?
Taboo has a greyish-beige undertone, Toxic Love a greyish-pink one. Taboo looks smokier and closer to beige, while Toxic Love stays noticeably pink. Both cover fully in two coats.
Do dusty shades hide uneven nails?
Better than pure light shades, less well than dark ones. What matters most is the base under Toxic Love: an uneven base shows through any colour, so level the nail first.
