Avatar Gel Polish, 10 ml by ReformA is a true blue with a neutral undertone, opaque in two coats. A clean, even blue for single-colour nails.
The neutral undertone gives an even blue that shifts neither towards violet nor towards turquoise, so the colour looks predictable under different lighting. It comes in a 10 ml bottle with a brush. Apply Avatar over a cured base and seal it with a top coat.

How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Avatar in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Can I fix a mistake after curing without removing everything?
Usually, yes. If the flaw is on one nail, file that area smooth, cleanse it and re-apply Avatar in thin coats, curing each one. If the coating has lifted or chipped, redo that nail completely rather than patching over it.
How is Avatar different from Underground?
Avatar has a neutral undertone, Underground a violet one, and Underground is also the darker shade. Side by side, Avatar looks cleaner and brighter, Underground deeper.
Can I put a white design over Avatar?
Yes, but only once the colour is fully cured, and ideally over a thin layer of top coat: on the sticky layer the white pigment mixes with the blue and turns greyish. In that case the top coat goes on twice, before the design and after it.
