Gel Polish Cat Eye Love Pink, 10 ml by ReformA is a sheer pink beige cat eye with a distinctive glitter shimmer, from the WATER CAT EYE collection.
The formula is light and adds no thickness. Love Pink goes on over a cured base or over a cured colour, and the band of light appears when a magnet passes over the uncured coat. A 10 ml bottle with a brush. It is the shade people take for all ten nails rather than one: soft enough to wear every day, with enough pink not to vanish into a beige ground.

Use it for
- A full set in one shade, where the whole hand moves with the light.

How to apply
- Do the manicure with a cuticle remover: place a drop on the cuticle, push it back and take off the pterygium.
- Degrease the plate with Nail Prep, then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion. The primer is not cured, it flashes off in the air.
- Apply a base coat in two thin layers and cure. If you want a colour underneath, apply and cure it now.
- Apply one coat of Love Pink. Keep the hand in the air and do not touch the underside of the free edge with the brush.
- Before curing, hold the magnet 2 to 5 mm above the nail until the band of light appears.
- Cure the coat. Repeat the coat and the magnet if you want a stronger line.
- Seal with a top coat and cure. Apply cuticle oil no earlier than 30 seconds after the top coat is cured.
Curing time: 60...120 sec in an LED lamp, 30...60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. The time depends on the power of the lamp and on the diodes themselves, and has to be checked separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Can cat eye gel be used for a full set or only accent nails?
Either, and both are normal in salons. A full set reads as one finish that shifts as the hand moves; an accent nail brings the effect into a plain set. Love Pink is the usual pick for a full set, being the quietest of the pinks.
How is Love Pink different from Champagne?
Champagne is warm without pink in it, Love Pink is warm with pink in it. On the same beige ground Champagne goes towards gold and Love Pink towards rose.
Which ground does Love Pink look best on?
Beige and nude: the shade warms what is underneath rather than replacing it, so a clear base gives the least, there being nothing there to warm. Over a milky ground it gives the softest version of the effect.
