Gel Polish Cat Eye Champagne, 10 ml by ReformA is a sheer champagne cat eye with a distinctive glitter shimmer, from the WATER CAT EYE collection.
The formula is light and adds no thickness. Champagne goes on over a cured base or over a cured colour, and the band of light appears when a magnet passes over the uncured coat. A 10 ml bottle with a brush. It is the warm shade of the collection: over a beige or nude ground it reads as a champagne glow rather than as a separate colour.

Use it for
- A warm sheer manicure over a nude or beige ground.
- A finishing accent over any colour.
- Work over cover bases and gels in nude and beige.

How to apply
- Do the manicure with a cuticle remover: place a drop on the cuticle, push it back and take off the pterygium.
- Degrease the plate with Nail Prep, then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion. The primer is not cured, it flashes off in the air.
- Apply a base coat in two thin layers and cure. If you want a colour underneath, apply and cure it now.
- Apply one coat of Champagne. Keep the hand in the air and do not touch the underside of the free edge with the brush.
- Before curing, hold the magnet 2 to 5 mm above the nail until the band of light appears.
- Cure the coat. Repeat the coat and the magnet if you want a stronger line.
- Seal with a top coat and cure. Apply cuticle oil no earlier than 30 seconds after the top coat is cured.
Curing time: 60...120 sec in an LED lamp, 30...60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. The time depends on the power of the lamp and on the diodes themselves, and has to be checked separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
How do I use a cat eye magnet?
Apply one medium coat and do not cure it. Hold the magnet 2 to 5 mm above the nail, steady, until the band appears, then cure immediately so the pattern cannot drift back. With Champagne the band is warm and soft, so it is worth holding the magnet a moment longer than on a dark shade.
Which ground does Champagne look best on?
A beige or nude one: that is where the warm shimmer has something to sit in. Over a cool or grey ground the champagne tone loses its warmth and reads closer to Clear Ice.
How is Champagne different from Love Pink?
Both are warm and both sit in the beige family, but Love Pink carries a pink component and Champagne does not. On the same nude ground Love Pink warms it towards rose, Champagne towards gold.
