Gel Polish Cat Eye Clear Ice, 10 ml by ReformA is a sheer white cat eye with a distinctive glitter shimmer, from the WATER CAT EYE collection.
The formula is light and adds no thickness. Clear Ice goes on over a cured base or over a cured colour, and the band of light appears when a magnet passes over the uncured coat. A 10 ml bottle with a brush. It is the most neutral shade in the collection: it changes the colour underneath without tinting it.

Use it for
- A sheer manicure worn on its own.
- A finishing accent over any colour.
- Work over cover bases and gels in nude and pink.
- More shades that work through the plate in the semi-transparent gel polish section.
How to apply
- Do the manicure with a cuticle remover: place a drop on the cuticle, push it back and take off the pterygium.
- Degrease the plate with Nail Prep, then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion. The primer is not cured, it flashes off in the air.
- Apply a base coat in two thin layers and cure. If you want a colour underneath, apply and cure it now.
- Apply one coat of Clear Ice. Keep the hand in the air and do not touch the underside of the free edge with the brush.
- Before curing, hold the magnet 2 to 5 mm above the nail until the band of light appears.
- Cure the coat. Repeat the coat and the magnet if you want a stronger line.
- Seal with a top coat and cure. Apply cuticle oil no earlier than 30 seconds after the top coat is cured.
Curing time: 60...120 sec in an LED lamp, 30...60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. The time depends on the power of the lamp and on the diodes themselves, and has to be checked separately for each product.

What is cat eye gel polish?
It is a gel polish with fine magnetic particles suspended in the formula. A magnet held near the uncured surface pulls them into a line that catches the light the way a cat's pupil does. Clear Ice carries the particles in a sheer white, so the effect sits on top of whatever colour is underneath.
How is Clear Ice different from the pink shades in the collection?
Clear Ice is neutral and adds no colour of its own, while Pure Pink, Dear Pink and Love Pink each tint what they go over. If you want the colour underneath to stay exactly as it is and only gain a band of light, Clear Ice is the one.
How is Clear Ice different from Cat Eye Clear White?
Two different products that get confused constantly. Clear Ice is the neutral white of WATER CAT EYE; Cat Eye Clear White belongs to BLOSSOM and carries a glass wet look in a cool white. The finish is what separates them.
