How to apply
- Prep the cuticle area with Cuticle Remover: apply a small amount to the cuticle, gently push it back with an orange stick or a pusher and lift off the pterygium.
- Prep the nail plate: degrease it with a cleanser such as Cleanser, then dehydrate it with Nail Prep. Duo Prep covers both steps in one product. Then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion to the nail plate. The primer needs no curing, it air-dries.
- Apply Rubber Base or Base Coat in one thin layer and cure.
- Apply Warm Latte in one or two thin coats, curing each coat.
- Finish with a top coat and cure according to its instructions.
- Wait at least 60 seconds after curing the top coat before applying cuticle oil, so the top coat keeps its shine.
Gel polish curing time: 60-120 sec in an LED lamp, 30-60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. Curing time depends on the power of the lamp and its LEDs, so check it separately for each product.
Frequently asked questions
Does hot water ruin a gel manicure?
A quick hand wash does no harm. Curing finishes in the lamp, but the coating keeps gaining strength for about a day, so avoid long baths, hot water and the sauna for the first 24 hours after Warm Latte goes on.
How is Warm Latte different from Nuts?
Nuts is a pastel beige with a warm yellowish undertone. Warm Latte leans caramel instead.
Is Warm Latte a good base for a French?
Yes. Its warm caramel beige sits close to skin tone, so a light tip on top looks natural. Cure it fully before you draw the smile line.
