A skin-toned beige with no pink lean: the exact shade a white smile line looks classic on. A 10 ml bottle with a brush. It goes on over a cured base coat and is sealed with a top coat. Nectar belongs to the BLOSSOM collection together with Petal, Tulip, Iris and Cat Eye Clear White.

Use it for
- A base under a classic French.

How to apply
- Do the manicure with a cuticle remover: place a drop on the cuticle, push it back and take off the pterygium.
- Degrease the plate with Nail Prep, then apply Ultrabond Primer for better adhesion. The primer is not cured, it flashes off in the air.
- Apply a base coat in two thin layers and cure.
- Apply the first coat of Nectar. Keep the hand in the air and do not touch the underside of the free edge with the brush. Cure.
- Apply the second coat to full coverage and cure.
- Seal the coating with a top coat and cure.
- Apply cuticle oil no earlier than 30 seconds after the top coat is cured.
Curing time: 60...120 sec in an LED lamp, 30...60 sec in a 48 W dual LED lamp. The time depends on the power of the lamp and on the diodes themselves, and has to be checked separately for each product.

Which gel polish shades suit deep skin tones?
Rich, saturated colours read best on deeper hands, and a nude is picked a couple of tones away from the skin rather than matching it, so the nail does not merge with the hand or flare as a pale patch. Nectar is beige and warm, so it sits inside a warm tone; the pale Tulip gives exactly the contrast most people want to avoid here.
How is Nectar different from Petal?
Nectar is beige, Petal is pink. Both are warm and opaque, but Nectar stays skin-toned and quiet while Petal reads as colour. For a classic French, Nectar is the more usual choice.
Which kind of French does Nectar suit?
The classic one with a white smile line, and the soft version where the smile line is done in a milky shade. A warm beige gives a neutral ground on which the edge of the smile line looks sharp rather than grey.
